I am a Bioengineering undergraduate at Rice University, pursuing minors in Digital Health and Statistics. My work sits at the intersection of spatial omics, biostatistics, biomedical machine learning, and scientific question-answering systems.
I am currently a Biostatistics Research Intern in the MD Anderson Shang Lab, where I develop MANGO, a multiscale permutation framework for detecting spatial relationships among multiple cell types. I am also contributing to ProbeGPT, an agentic framework for spatial omics probe design and validation.
Previously, I have worked with teams at Harvard Medical School, Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Chicago, and Rice University on projects spanning RAG evaluation, single-cell RNA-seq analysis, hemodynamics image classification, and plant-root microscopy.
